Please send your artwork to us by e-mail / Fax or airmail. (Attached your instructions including size, color, what kind of material to sewing) When we get your artwork, we will make the tape as your request immediately.

- Working time and communication.
Our professional puncher will work on your order carefully, and will finish the embroidery tape within 36 hours to 3 working days. For any urgent requirement, we can finish your tape in 3-24 hours. For this case, the surcharge is 30% base on the quotation.
- Finished designs format.
Usually we send you the finished designs by e-mail in Tajima DST or DSB format.
- Price and payment.
US$5.00 per 1,000 stitches and minimum charge is US$16.00/tape. We guarantee all designs in good quality. Please send us payment by check or by T/T. For regular orders, pls feel free to contact with us for further discussion.
